Terms of Use

Attribution

As you make use of the Behance API, it is important to always properly attribute content displayed to its owner. Behance takes attribution very seriously, and all developers should attribute work with both the creator’s name and a link to the portfolio view of their work. Ultimately, exposure should yield opportunity to get contacted!

Restrictions

By using the API, you acknowledge and agree to the Intellectual Property rights as outlined in our Terms of Service.

We do not allow use of the API to replicate the core Behance experience, as this becomes redundant and confusing to users. We also reserve the right to review and applications that threaten Behance business interests and the health of our servers and infrastructure. To ensure the stability and credibility of the platform, Behance reserves the right to terminate use of the API for any reason.

Commercial Use

The Behance API is for non-commercial only, and should be used to further Behance’s efforts to help the world showcase and discover creative work. If you have a commercial implementation in mind, please contact us.

For the complete Terms of Use for Behance’s API, please refer to the “API Terms of Use” section of Behance’s Terms of Service.
